Hi i have a sumsung galaxy ace and it is having problems with the sim card.
Its a vodafone sim (just in case you need to know) and ive been having problems as i cant call or text. Im not out of credit it just says it wont work.
Its almost certainly the sim as I put it in today when i was asked a question about the sim. Im not sure what it was but i was given 2 or 3 options and it didnt work.
Also i acidentally forgot to prepare the old sim for safe removal is this the matter.
Please help ASAP
