Camera questions about Jelly Bean and S3 camera vs Note 2 camera

I currently have the T-Mobile Note 2 and do love it but it might be to big so I could end up going back to the GS3,,,,, one thing though is the camera apps on the Note 2 are the coolest,,,,, if I go back to the S3 I will really miss the camera features the Note 2 has.

So my questions are,,,,,,, when the GS3 upgrades to Jelly Bean will that give us the same camera as the Jelly Bean Note 2 has ????

If not,,,,, are there camera apps that can be downloaded to the GS3 that would give the same features as the Note 2 camera has,,,,, fast and slow motion video,,, color filters and all the other cool Note 2 camera features.

I would love to have the Note 2 camera on my GS3 without having to root the GS3,,,,,,, suggestions welcome.
