A game I play has a build in chat room. Often times there are people in my chat room that don't speak English. My Samsung keyboard has a translate feature I would use solving the problem. I also use swipe texting on a regular basis.
Now recently when I'm using the app the translate feature is grayed out so I can't use it, As well as my ability to swipe words.
I messaged them about this and their customer support rep replied that it would be my keyboard. This doesn't make sense as it's fine except with this app?
Is there something I can look for in the apps manifest to see if it's the app? Or something specific I can ask them to change to fix it? It would make my life easier for real... any help appreciated.
