Can I transfer the S Planner app from galaxy S2 to the S5

I found the S Planner brilliant for reminding me of annual events but cant find anything to replace it ?

I'm almost certain that the S5 has S Planner as the go-to calendar app. You are probably referring to the S Planner data on your S2 and moving it to the S Planner on the S5. It looks like it will only work with future calendar entries. If you want previous entries, then you might need to sync those to a desktop computer then in turn sync from your computer to the S5. Kies might be able to achieve this for you if you have installed Kies on your computer.
