Change Samsung Apps country store???

Hi! I just purchased my Galaxy S4 phone 2 weeks ago in Beijing, China. The problem is, my Samsung Apps has defaulted to the chinese store, no location choices came up on launch. I've looked up the issue, and even after clearing my data and cache for Samsung Apps, a choice to choose a different store location doesn't appear. I don't know if this is because I bought the phone in China, but instead of getting a choice for the country store, a message pops up that says "The device will use data through the currently connected WLAN network." So how can I change the Samsung Apps China store to the US one?
