Rating is always a matter of opinion; having said that I agree with CNET...

To me, the iphone4 isn't even that impressive. Not to be totally biased against apple, I will say the Ipad2 is nice and probably would pick it over any other the current android tablets. I just thought from a design standpoint the iphone4 took a step back. I don't like the square blocky design of the shell.

There is an app that a jailbroken iphone/ipad can run Android Froyo anyways haha...

I do prefer my Inspire to an iphone4, though I am sorta bias.
