com.android.phone Crashes When Trying To Make A Call

I need help. I need to fix this issue without Rooting.

Any time I try to make any call I get the "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped working". BUT, I can receive and pick up a Phone Call. This just started today. No changes have been made in the recent past.

ANY advice is welcome! Just please don't be rude. XD

Hi James!

Enter recovery, and do a wipe of the Partition Cache. This will not delete any data.

Ok, I tried Wiping the Partition Cache but to no avail. :/

Well the only thing that I can think of is to do a Full Factory Reset. I know that sound terrible, but its really not. You can use apps like Smart Switch & Helium to back up your phone's personal info. I would MAKE SURE you save all your photo's though, by plugging your phone in to your PC or MAC and copy and paste them to a folder on your machine.
