Question Crossed lines

I have a galaxy tablet A6 that opens Gallery instead of Facebook when I click on the fb icon
I can get fb to work if I restart the tablet then go to fb
Also when I watch a video on fb and click to go back to fb it opens gallery again, another click will take me to fb
Not serious but very annoying!

Sounds like FB is 'stuck' in a media upload. If you long-press the Facebook icon on your tablet and you select the app info, does it say it's Facebook? Or is it truly a Gallery shortcut with the wrong icon? If it is the FB app, try clearing the app's cache first, and if that doesn't work, clear data (but this will mean you'll be signed out and app settings reset).

I actually uninstalled facebook then reinstalled it a couple of times to no avail
So today I set up facebook through chrome and uninstalled the FB app again
I'll try again in a few days time... maybe!
But I posted here to see if anybody else had encountered this
