Diskusage shows 13gb space yet android shows 1gb

So, i have galaxy tab s2 with 32gb storage, which now again is full even i have not downloaded anything.
20gb is missing i know system takes probably 5 to 10.
So downloaded diskusage which shows me 13.8gb free space..
So as i thought system is around 6gb, but what is taking this 14gb space? how can i free it..?

So frustrating, i could still use this year or two more but this issue is getting on my way.

Anybody have similar problem with these android devices that could help?

I just found the reason there is some program called easyshare that was making backups. Cleared it and removed and have most space back.
