DND Disturb Turns on Without Being Scheduled

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung S8. and I have problems with my Do Not Disturb. It turns on daily on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM as if it were scheduled for a standard workday. BUT, I did not schedule it. Nothing I have tried so far has fixed it, but I haven't tried everything.

Below is what I have tried and none have helped:

- Boot into safe mode (no 3rd party apps active)
- Toggled DND schedule on and off
- Changed DND schedule to random time
- Change DND schedule to turn on at 9:00 AM and off at 9:01 AM (this doesn't turn off my mysterious DND)
- Factory reset
- I forgot to check before I reinstalled apps...
- All apps were installed again from Google Play
- Samsung settings were restored from cloud backup
- It still happened after I set my phone back up

Nothing has access to Do Not Disturb permissions but the system services that I can't turn off. I doubt any of the following are doing it:

- EasyOneHand
- LED Cover Service
- Smart capture
- System UI

Any ideas what it may be or what else I can try?

I could try going through my apps one by one, but the fact that safe mode doesn't help, makes me think this will just waste my time.
