Facebook causing phone to freeze/crash/reboot

I updated my S6 yesterday and it has proved to be a disastrous decision. It keeps freezing or crashing even when I go to Gallery which is part of the OS, never mind Facebook. I tried the Facebook mobile site, it still crashes. It is easy for these manufacturers to blame each other, in between we pay the price. I have no doubt that it is the Samsung software because it also crashes with another App called "Telegram" which is used by 40 millions people in Iran alone. And of course the Gallery freezes too.

Can someone assist how to role back to previous version of the S6 OS? my Android version is 7.0 and here are some other tech info:

I downgraded the facebook version to 104 and its working fine. I was having same issue like phone crashing to hard reset. New version of facebook working fine with android 5.0+ versions rest have to stuck with the old version till facebook take some step to fix it.

I was also facing this problem i tried everything but nothing worked then i installed launcher called ilauncher from google since the fb is working well u may also download other launchers it may work with them also
