First, uninstall any apps you loaded onto the phone; including your antivirus.
Then reboot the phone...(power it off...wait five minutes and repower the phone).
Check to see if you still have the problem.
You can always just call into your Carrier for free support if you can still make calls...or just call their tech support from a landline!
They can look at your phone over the network, and guide you to perform a couple of different things.
Additionally you could have this info ready for them as well.
If you do...go into your phone's "System Settings" scroll all the way down and go into "About Phone" ....then take notes about your
system version, Android version, Kernel and so on...
Also check your PRL found in "About Phone" > "Status" > PRL
