Galaxy s7 ultra power saving mode, phone app issue

[AC Question]

When I try to use the phone app in galaxy s7 ultra power saving mode, the app closes and 'unfortunately, contacts app has stopped' error appears. Th other apps work fine, an the phone and contacts app work fine when going back to normal mode. I've tried

Reboot
Clear cache and data for contacts
Clear cache and data phone app(3 of them for some reason)
Safe mode
Deleting voicemails

None of them made a difference
