GO SMS Pro Problem

I have a Samsung Galaxy 3 phone and so does my son .
When I receive a text message from a bunch of friends I can read the message without a problem and see who it has been sent to and can reply to all without a problem.

However when a group message is sent to my sons phone there is a message bubble that gives the size of message and when it expires but when you click on it a circle just spins.
You cannot see the message itself.
He can receive individual messages without problem.
I have checked the settings on his Go SMS Pro app and they are identical to mine.
Please help as all his friends get these messages except him.

You noted that when a group message is sent to your son's phone, he has a problem retrieving it. Does he have mobile data enabled (not WiFi)? If he doesn't, he needs to turn that on.
You didn't note what happens when you receive a group message - does that work, or do you have the same problem?
