Google Maps go with Android auto, any tips on how they work together?

I have a question if there is any tutorials for google maps go to work with android auto app?

Not really. Once you open Maps it looks the same. You can do voice commands to initiate navigation, and a voice command to cancel navigation. What more are you looking for?

Im looking for traffic and speed infos to work with my car. With google maps it's ok i can connect. But with google maps go i cant connect the app. You maybe got ny tutorial for google maps go and android auto app.

For what it's worth - on Android Auto with regular Google Maps, I only see traffic and speed limit info if I'm actively navigating. If I just have the map interface showing I don't get that info.

So Maps Go does not work as a maps app in Android Auto?
