This is the solution. Follow what I did step by step to fix your incoming calls if you wasn't recieving any at all before.
Download Google chat on your PC, sign in and sign Out.
Log into Google voice at HTTP://voice.Google.com/ and go to the top right setting icon, click it and click on 'voice settings'.
Now all you need to do is make sure your email is selected for forwarding calls, mine had my phone number selected, but I'm out of mins, this may also be why some of you find that both your lines ring instead of the gv number.
