Best Buy cannot guarantee product availability on a specified date.In the event preorder availability changes, Best Buy will notify you.
Best Buy will hold phone reservations for a maximum of 72 hours after the first notification ofphone availability after which time the phone reservation will be cancelled.Preorders may have a maximum preorder limit per customer.Preorders can be cancelled at any time by speaking with a Best Buy DevicePhone Specialist in store or calling the Best Buy store where the preorderwas placed. Preorder cancellations will not affect your gift card and canbe redeemed or returned for a full credit at any Best Buy retail location.
Certain Best Buy locations are not able to activate phones or connected devices for all carriers.
If you are activating your device on a carrier network Best Buywill need to collect certain personal information in order to reserve your device.Carriers will also use the information in a required credit check of new customers.Depending on your credit worthiness,the carrier may require you to pay a deposit at time ofactivation when you pick up your reserved device.
At the time of reservation,customers may check the eligibility of porting in their existing phonenumber(s) or account. The actual port will not be initiated until the deviceis received and the customer returns for the activation in the Best Buy store.
