Guys i have something strange about my phone

my phone is Sgs3 its look so orgnal every thing in the phone is ok but i have something could root box in my apps and is pulit in and when i rebort the phone its starting a intro after samsung intor for that thing (rootbox) and my imei is unknow and my sim cant work when i pust it in so guys what i goning on ??
