HD video playback on Sony Z ultra snapdragon 800

The following is the video that i tested on the new Snapdragon 800 powered SONY Z ULTRA smartphone I used VLC for android . And it showed about 1 second delay when playing from any point .Will bring a screenshot soon.

The video played is about bitrate of 4934 Kbps , that is about roughly 4.5 Mbps?
I tried playing the Nokia 808 2K video
