help....factory reset or what?

I tried updating to JB via kies and had problems in the beginning but finally did update. However, now I have this matrix thing happening on my screen on top right. I have these codes refreshing and continuously changing? Am I making sense? I tried to take picture but disappears when I try.

Do I need to do a factory reset?

Yes. Do it and check.

Sounds like settings, developer options, show cpu usage, is selected. Check first, maybe just uncheck that.
