[AC Question]

How do I get this Tmobile Phone to stop re-starting over and over I tried to factory reset but I don't get far I need this phone to work as at&t and I cant do that I used what money I had left for spending this month and now I cant get this phone to work its the only phone I have to use please help, oh yea its a Samsung Galaxy Note 3

How did the boot loops start? Did you do anything such as rooting or ROMing?

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition: Reset: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 | T-Mobile Support

If that doesn't help, try removing your SD card. If it's corrupt, it could cause various issues.
