Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, these off-brand or no-name Android head units direct from China typically have terrible quality control, and are prone to software or hardware failure. There's probably not much you can do besides checking more hardcore forums (like XDA-Developers.com) to see if anyone has been able to reflash the stock ROM for that specific device. I wouldn't be optimistic about it, though. Good luck!
