Nexus 6 (Motorola Shamu) running 7.1.1.
Issues:
1. Home button doesn't work
2. Recent apps button doesn't work
3. Settings show cellular data is turned off and if I switch it on it immediately switches back to off.
Searching the forums it seems this issue has been reported by many users in the past. Some people got issues 1&2 and some reported only 3.
Mostly the issue has been resolved by either switching to guest user and switching back or creating a widget for set up wizard using a different launcher or by running a command via adb (requires developer options)
Unfortunately none of the options work in my case
1. My Nexus 6 doesn't even show the switch user option
2. It also doesn't show the set up wizard activity under activities when I create a widget for Nova launcher
3. Nothing happens when I tap 7 times in Build number which should open up developer options.
4. Terminal emulator app won't install. Playstore just shows "download pending" when I click instal.
It seems my phone has got all the 3 symptoms of the issue at the same time.
I am at a loss what to do now. Any help is appreciated!
