How can i save contacts?

I have enabled all the permissions but the phone is still saying "you have disabled a required permission"

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Are you trying to save a contact in the Contacts app, or some other app?

Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, then select the app you're using to try to enter a contact. Tap Permissions, and then make sure it has Contacts permission.
