How can I stop the screen from turning on when I raise my arm on my Galaxy Gear S?

Clock problem galaxy gear s

I do not know if anyone has had this problem, but when the screen turn on

automatically when raising my arm ,, the clock display like in standby mode,,and it

completely display until I touch the screen.

it is very annoying .

if anyone has an idea it would be really welcome.

What are you display settings on? My screen timeout is set to 15 sec., it dims out and turns back off, but if I keep moving it stays on.

Set to 15 sec too,,the clock display on first screen does not show anything until i touch the screen !!!! like in the screen shot

Set to 15 sec too,,the clock display on first screen does not show anything (no battery level, no notification counter , no steps , no date ). like in the screen shot !!!
Until i touch the screen

Under settings do you have it set to "last screen" with your display with moving your wrist? Settings, Display, Wake Up Screen, Last Screen.

thank you for your suggestion,,but i made a factory reset and it's ok.
Set setting to last screen will of course shows last screen,,but the problem is when setting to shows clock when moving wirst,,and the clock is showing nothing until i touch the screen.

It's the second time it did me this,,without changing any setting ,,hope it's the last one.

Go to setting --> style-->clock and désactivate clock always on

normally when the watch is set to show clock when moving wirst,,it must shows this,,isn't that ?

Yes but only when using certain stock clock faces, others just show a Black screen with the time in digital format.

Hi there if you want your watch not to light up when moving your arm up ..go to settings then scroll to motions then make sure both boxes are unticked and then no more turning on on you ..cheers

Thank you guys it's all done,,i understood the problem.

display setting must be set to last screen and the last screen must be the clock
