How do I access the ring.to portal that was available back in 2015.

[Android Central Question]

So for free calls on WiFi I used to use groove IP and when I signed up for it they directed to ring.to to get a ring number. So now based off the research I did I can’t find barely anything on this. Another internet paid calling service company or something of that nature bought ring.to and changed it over to something else or along those lines is what I was under the impression of from what I read. So my question is am I going to be able to port that number or how do I transition that account or pay for the new service or anything that can help. The last time I logged into this account was 2015, I don’t know when they made the changes but now ring.to, I am unable to find. So please can anyone help me ?
