How do I remove a no command screen that is stuck on my Lg Stylo 4?

I when I tried to update my LG Stylo 4 a No command screen popped up with the green android symbol and red triangle and I don't know how to get it off and it goes off screen about every 2 to 3 minutes. HELP PLEASE. I was only able to use my new phone less than 24 hours.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like something might have gone wrong with the update. You may have to do a hardware key factory reset, as described here: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-37671. Unfortunately, that means all of the data on the phone will be wiped out.
