How do I stop my Samsung S4 I9505 from sticking while operating it?

Samsung S4 I9505 Stuck while operating it

i am suffering from hell of a problem that my phone use to stuck when i am using it normally. If i text it just stopped and sometimes words appear later after few seconds i.e hell of lag is occurring. Even when i am using whatsApp or just swiping my screen it held and do nothing unless and until i have to turn off its display and turn it on. Kindly help me as this phone is driving me crazy
I have checked the RAM usage it almost 700mb
I have reset my device for hundred of times but issue still persists.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by reset? Do you mean you rebooted your phone, or actually did multiple factory data resets?

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the system cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 4 | T-Mobile Support
