How do I stop my sdcard from turning from FAT32 to RAW?

I am using a Starmobile UP ULTRA (local brand) unrooted.
This just happened recently,
Everytime I open my device after a few minutes it just turns into RAW I've formatted it everytime and the problem is still there.
This has been bugging me for days and this sdcard was just bought a week ago.
