How Do I Transfer Playlists from One Android to Another?

[Android Central Question]

I am switching from my Redmi Note 9 Pro back to my Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I want to carry over all of my playlists. I have over 3,000 songs and I don't want to have to go through all of them any put them all into playlists (again) if I can avoid it. I've tried many things but it's not nearly as easy as it should be. All of my music and playlists are downloaded to the phone and SD card directly as MP3 files directly into the music app.

Which music app?
If there on your sd card , safely remove it and install on your s9+ sd card slot

I'm transferring from the Mi Music app to Samsung Music. Only some of my music is on the SD card— most if it is on the internal storage. I'm not worried about transferring my music; I'm worried about losing my playlist information.
