How do you change the default music app on Samsung Galaxy S5?

I mainly use Google Play Music to listen to all of my music and basically never touch the default music app, but still whenever I use my voice control or my Bluetooth devices try and auto-play music it will without fail launch the default music app instead of Google Play Music.

Have you tried going in to the settings and applications and disabling the stock music app?
