How do you organize your devices?

Do you use folders, widgets, or good old fashioned icons? If you use folders how do you organize them and what do you normally put in them?

I use all 3. Mostly icons but I create folders for groups of apps. I have a Google folder with all my Google apps. An Accounts folder with all my bank & credit card apps. And so on...
