How to bypass Google FRP for ZTE?

My son has locked him self out of his phone. The model is a ZTE, and the number is Z798BL. He had touchpad keyboard downloaded, before the factory data reset. And, after we reset it. It has the Google FRP lock. But, the device has touchpad keyboard still as the keyboard. So, help me out.

If it has FRP you can't do a factory reset until you input the right credentials, and unfortunately there is no bypassing this. It's built secure for a reason.

Did your son disable the stock keyboard somehow or why is the keyboard an issue here? You can also try to do a remote wipe via the Device Manager by logging into the same Google Account as the phone's on the Play Store's website.
