how to log into google fi after factory reset on Oneplus 7t

After an accidental factory reset cant log into google fi because cant get 2fa to work. Dont remember email passwords and fi wont recognize phone, help!

Where is it asking you 2fa in the start up screen where you type your Gmail account?

You don't have any backup devices for authentication? Can you sign into your Google account on a computer and create some backup 2FA codes? https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1187538?co=GENIE.Platform=Desktop&hl=en

Hi, thanks, signing into the Google account. Know password to account, recovery email, phone number to account and when using authenticator it says the authenticator codes are incorrect. It doesnt let use the backup email. To add it the google fi account is suspended so it doesnt recognize the device allowing to get past two factor authentication. The account cant be unsuspended because payments cant be made since cant log into google. as per google only way to pay is through app. Catch 22! The real answer is to pay google fi I think but there is no way, no phone payments, no one else can pay...Thank you in advance for any insights you may have.
