How to move google photos to external storage on carbon sparkle V phone?

I am using a carbon sparkle V phone with Android operating system. internal memory is totally used up 2.13 out of 2.20 GB preventing further updatesof the OS. I find that gogle photos have used up nearly 650 mb of space. I want to transfer this application to the SD card which has about 7 GB of free space. Help me to do it.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you actually have a lot of photos locally saved, or is this entirely from the Google Photos app? If the phone doesn't give you the option to Move to SD when you go to Settings>Apps>All>Google Photos, then you can't move the app to the SD card. If you need to clear some space, you could try Clear Cache/Clear Data from Google Photos, then do the update.
