HTC ONE M7 soft bricked after screen replacement

Hi,
After a screen replacement on my M7 the phone is now in reboot-loop mode.
When i press recovery it shows the white screen with HTC logo and reboot after without any result and still in reboot-loop.
I've unlocked the bootloader and trying with TWRP recovery. It shows "Recovery" on the top of the white screen with HTC logo, and reboot after +/- 10 seconds, and return to the reboot-loop scene.

Any Help?
