I can't change my Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 screen mode

I don't know where all this started, but I cannot change my screen mode from basic to adaptive display etc. The screen mode setting even greyed and I am unable to click and open the screen mode setting. Please help. My phone is samsung galaxy A5 2016, I already updated the software. The current version is A510FDXXU5CRA3.
