i9506 process system isn't responding problem

hi .
my problem started when i used a command to backup my efs : reboot nvbackup

the phone rebooted but i get this problem (process system isn't responding )

1) i tried two firmware 4.3 version
2) when entring to recovery i get this error

E:missing biymap icon_att_fota_complete (code -1)
