ICS leak - Do it!

If anyone is interested, I did do some research and found that if you download the utility from the OP link, you can flash the first leaked version that will allow you to go back to .171

I already downloaded flash. I uninstalled it and reinstalled dolphin. I don't know what else to do.

Do a reset or reflash ICS maybe? I had to do that a few times to get flash working on my evo after flashing a few different roms.

Keep in mind what I posted above and to do the first update so you can revert back to .173 and take the official release once it finally hits.

I made the jump and installed the first leak, 6.14.75. Some of the older aosp roms I was running were missing features and I was getting a little bored with stock android. Moto looks to have done a good job keeping things subtle and not going overboard with the skinning.

Face unlock is pretty nifty. The first thing I tried was unlocking with a picture, just for laughs. So far so good.

Got this done on my razr maxx, had to repeat a couple of steps here and there, but it finally got done.

Yup, running leak 79 here. Overall its nice. Feels like I never left the nexus. However, flash does not work

Not really sure. I know I can sbf back to .181 so I'm not stuck on ics...
