Well, after 15 years of AT&T contract service, Karen said "but I want apps." So, we started shopping phones and thought we would love the Thunderbolt on Verizon (even though we would be spending about $150/mo, unless we decided we wanted texting, then it would jump higher). As you may know, the Thunderbolt had many delays before it was released. While I was waiting, my friend noticed the Optimus V ad. Karen and I both got Vs, our friend got a Thunderbolt. We could not be happier. Karen has found lots of apps. We are not really the "rooting" types but certainly want to learn all the tricks we can learn to enhance our V experience.
