improving or enhancing a soft voice on outgoing calls ?

Can any existing product or device enhance a really soft voice on an outgoing call on a mobile phone? My right vocal chord has been incapable of any movement after a motor vehicle collision and this has made effective communication over a telephone/mobile phone virtually impossible.My voice is faint but still audible in any face -to face- discussion provided that there is no background noise.
