installed one click but no superuser.apk?

I'm using the unrevoked one click root on my ubuntu install and getting part way there it seems, but missing the superuser.apk file and I'm not sure if I'm missing anything else.

I get an error during the running of the root ./reflash
ERROR: n = -1, errno = 19 (No such device)

I seem to get most of the items. I can adb shell and I have the # prompt. Does anyone know what else I'm missing? Should I just download/install the superuser.apk from somewhere?

Well nvm, I hit up the guys in #incredibleroot and it's a known bug that seems to be rarely hit. I had to manually push the update.zip to the phone to get the user space things setup.
