I sure hope so.

While ChatGPT outperforms Gemini in my tests, Assistant feels like it's getting dumber by the day not being able to answer basic things anymore.

I'm all in for them killing off a product for once.

Edit: Looks like it can be made the default Assistant now. Not through your phone but the Gemini app looks like it injects itself into Assistant. It however won't verbally respond which makes it effectively pointless for now.
