Is it possible someone is remotely accessing my phone'so camera?

I was going through my photos on my Galaxy S6 recently, and have found pictures of me doing my makeup or getting dressed (I keep my phone with me in the bathroom for music). The pictures are either blurry like I was moving around, or I have both my hands up near my face. I don't hold my phone in a way that the sensor is being touched, nor do I use the palm gesture, which I'm pretty sure isn't even enabled. There seems to be a bit of time between the first couple that appeared (couple months ago), but I have about 4 that appeared in the last couple weeks (two both times).

Welcome to Android Central! Are these photos only happening when you hold the phone? If the phone is lying on a counter or table, then it'd be hard to actually take a shot of you, since it'd be facing straight up (unless you prop it up somehow while you're going about your business).
