Is there a way to turn on vibration when the phone charger is connected?

I remember my my Galaxy S7 used to make a short vibration noise when I would plug it in or unplug it with a charger. Then the feature vanished. There is a "charging sound" but no option for vibration in Settings. This means that if I have my phones System sound turned off I dont know if I plugged it in correctly (or accidentally unplugged it) and if the charger cord Im using is old I can disconnect without knowing it.

Is there a phone setting that includes this? If not is there an app in Google PlayStore that can implement it?
