Issue with HD Voice and talking on speaker

I recently bought a moto z3 and I'm using it on Verizon. If I have HD Voice turned on and I try to talk while I have speaker selected, it's causes my voice to be cut out every other word while I'm talking.

I've talked to multiple people that are also on Verizon and they tell me that I cut out so they can't hear what I'm saying. If I turn HD Voice off and then make a call and hit speaker, the person I talk to can hear me fine.

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Try turning your phone over and pressing the area just under the camera on the back. I think it work,
