[LG G3] Phone skips songs/stops songs when using an aux cord, how can I fix this?

This has been happening for the past couple months. Whenever I use an aux coord, when I'm playing music it skips songs/stops songs, as well as start up Google Now most of the time, which also stops my music. I'm unsure of how to fix it, and it's really weird because it works with my earbuds just fine. What I've also noticed is that if I don't move the phone at all then it usually won't skip/stop songs but the moment I touch it, it decides to do so. Thanks in advance.
