Lost wifes memo notes

I had to do a factory reset on her phone. She didnt really care about the messages and her photos were backed up through google photos. I backed it up and did a factory reset. All her contacts, apps and so forth came back with google. She checked her memo's and of course they are gone. I vaguely remember that after a reset those memo notes are there somewhere in the phone. Any ideas? Also any suggestions on a 3rd party app that you use for notes that will save the data from phone to phone?

I already same problem too.
The "S notes" backup storage the notes on Google Drive root folder.
The backup folder may be hidden or with a name starting with a underscore symbol "_".
If you find the directory in Google Drive, maybe you will have to import one by one.

Next time, try to use Smart Switch (Samsung backup).

By the way, say to your wife to prefer to use other tools to take notes.
Like Google Keep, or Evernote.

I have used keep just a little before but I started with it today. I think thats the way I'm going.
