My Turkish is not very good but.. it sounds like you've rooted your G3 but are being prompted for an OTA Firmware Update. You should not take this update, and use an application to silence the notification of this. Alternatively you can disable/freeze the Software Update application with Titanium Backup.

If you have already taken the update, you need to either restore from a backup or try a factory reset.
