Message+ app problem.

I use the message+ app for texts. I just went from my old Note 8 to a S23 ultra. I have been having problems with customizing notification sounds for certain users. So I bring up a conversation with someone and go to customize then notifications. I can set what I want but in some cases I pick the conversation then customize to set that person to a sound but the contact name displayed is not the correct contact its someone else. Some a correct but others are not. Has anyone seen that before?

What version are you on ?
Can try to reset that app by clearing its data then force stop it

Depending what version your on can try these others if those steps I mentioned doesn't work.

Thanks for the help with this issue. I cleared the cache and data and that seemed to solve that issue. Now I suddenly have an issue with notifications in the same app. I'm suddenly getting nothing. No sound. No missed message badge on the app icon. No missed message on my locked screen, nothing. I restarted and cleaned the cache, no help yet.
